Description

Head out for a thrilling morning drive in the sand dunes with a skilled driver. Relax at a campsite with coffee before riding a camel on the desert. Lastly, delight on falafels, a local breakfast delicacy. Ride in comfort as each tour is assigned a skilled and well-trained driver, certified by the Dubai government. Enjoy a relaxing stop at one of the many campsites in the desert and have your own free time to relax or try several activities such as sandboarding at your own expense.

  • Any cancellations made after 07:30 local time, 2 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • Guests will be notified of their exact pick-up time upon confirmation of booking.
    The pick-up service operates for all centrally located hotels in Dubai. If you will be staying in a hotel outside of the city or one where pick-ups are unavailable, you will be contacted with the closest hotel that is available for pick-up.

Restrictions

  • Participants who wish to join the tour on the day of their arrival to Dubai should arrive in Dubai at least 4 hours before the tour departure.
  • Please be at the meeting location at least 15 minutes prior to start time.
  • Children 5 years old and above can participate in this activity.
  • Guests with heart and cardiovascular issues are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • Guests with neck, back or joint problems are not permitted to participate in this activity.
  • People 70 years old and above can not participate in this activity.

Additional Notes

  • Tour schedule may be changed depending on weather, traffic conditions and other factors.
  • Please avoid wearing jewelry and bringing other valuables during the tour, it is unlikely to find lost items on the desert.
  • All camels used for rides undergo a periodic inspection every 3 months with the Dubai government and have a license for the safety of each customer.
  • Optional quad bikes may be dangerous and are not covered by insurance. Age limit is strictly observed.
  • If pick-up time changes on the day of your tour due to traffic and other instances, you will be getting a call on your provided cellphone number or the hotel you are staying at.
  • All guests will have an insurance from the time of pick-up to drop-off covering all accidents and injuries during the tour activities. (Quad bike experience not included)
  • Pick-up location (specific hotel) cannot be changed 48 hours before tour departure.
  • Tipping is not included in the tour fare and is recommended when needed. For a half-day tour, approximately AED 10-15 is suggested per person.

  • Large luggage (suitcase and big backpacks) are not allowed on the boat. Please leave it in your hotel or airport in advance.
  • Please avoid taking photos of police officers, police cars, military personnel, military equipment and local people wearing black and white national costumes. It is prohibited in the United Arab Emirates.

Start your morning with an exciting sand dunk dive with your skilled driver as you go for a ride on the vast Arabian desert. Enjoy refreshments and make several stops to take amazing photos.

Head to the dedicated campsite for your leisure and spend time in the desert to relax or join in some fun activities.

Camel Ride
Take an iconic ride on a camel in the desert as you comfortably make your way safely. Make sure to ask the staff to take memorable photos (all camels have gone under health inspections under the Dubai government).

Have an authentic Arabic coffee (gahwa) with some dates and experience a flavored smoke with the popular hookah (heated charcoal on a cigarette leaf through a glass water).
